Stay Fit - GM Diet Program Can Reduce Eight Pounds In A Single Week
86It is simply unbelievable! Losing eight pounds in a single week! But it is true and personally I have loosened eight pounds in a single week by following the GM Diet plan.
I had no faith in weight loosing programs. I used to think that all those are either advertisement by some company or it is simple gossip.
I am a food lover. My son, daughter, my wife, all are food lovers. We are little overweight also. But we never thought of losing weight because we were reluctant of depriving ourselves from our favorite food.
Then one day my son and daughter both told me about this wonderful program; The GM Diet Program! They confirmed that it is useful and they have personally gone through this.
So I decided to give a try of this program. My wife also agreed to join me. I will give day-wise program details, how it works and my personal experience on that, so that the person who will go through this program, can have a detail idea.
My First Day
Requirement as per GM Diet program
In first day one has to take all fruits except bananas. It has been strongly suggested that one should consume lots of melons the first day, especially watermelon and a loupe. If fruit consumption is limited to melons, there are chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good. There is no restriction on quantity.
How it works
The system is being for the upcoming programme. The only source of nutrition is fresh or canned fruits. Fruits are nature's perfect food. They provide everything one could possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety.
What I have done
In our place it is not the season for melons, but somehow I could manage to get one water melon. I had collected some other fruits like apple, grapes, cucumber and papaya.
First day I was very hungry and consumed a lot of fruits.
My Day Two
Requirement as per GM Diet program
In day two one has to start with a large baked potato for breakfast. It is allowed to top the potato with one pat of butter. The rest of the day one has to live on vegetables only. Vegetables can be consumed either raw or cooked. There is no limit on the amount or type.
How it works
Day two starts with a fix of complex carbo-hydrates coupled with an oil dose. This is taken in the morning for energy and balance. The rest of day two consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fiber.
What I have done
I am not a vegetable lover. But I was determined not to leave the program before its completion. So I took some boiled bottle gourd, baked ladies finger, baked green peas. I also took the GM wonder soup as they call it. I will give the procedure for making this soup at the end of this hub.
My Day Three
Requirement as per GM Diet program
A mixture of fruits and vegetables except banana and potato has to be consumed as per personal choice. There is no restriction on quantity.
How it works
Potato has been eliminated because carbohydrates are available from the fruits. The system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. One will still have cravings which should start to diminish by day four.
What I have done
In day three I was little more comfortable. I was also excited because people started noticing the changes on my appearance. I consumed fruit salad at breakfast, boiled papaya and carrot at lunch and baked green peas with boiled carrot at dinner. I also consumed thewonder soup.
My Day four
Requirement as per GM Diet program
Today one has to eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities.
How it works
Bananas, milk and soup sound the strangest and least desirable. But they are there for the potassium one has lost and the sodium that may have been missed the past three days. A definite loss of desire for sweets will be noticeable.
What I have done
I was happy on day four and consumed bananas and milk as recommended. It was an easy day for me.
My Day five
Requirement as per GM Diet program
Today is feast day. One will eat beef and tomatoes. Two 10 oz. portions of lean beef have to be taken. Hamburger is OK. This has to be combined with six whole tomatoes. On day five one must increase water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse the system of the uric acid that will be producing.
How it works
The beef provides iron and proteins and the tomatoes are for digestion and fiber. Lots and lots of water purify the system. One should notice colorless urine today. One may not eat all the beef but must eat the six tomatoes.
What I have done
I do not eat beef, so I replace it with chicken. I grilled chicken pieces after marinating it with salt and turmeric powder until it was properly cooked and tender. I ate several pieces along with tomatoes. In the evening I prepared chicken-tomato soup and consumed it happily.
My Day Six
Requirement as per GM Diet program
Today menu is beef and vegitable; one may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables.
How it works
Day Six is similar to day five, Iron and proteins from beef, Vitamins and fiber from vegetables. By now the system is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way one look today, compared to day one.
What I have done
In day six I consumed grilled chicken, baked green peas chicken stew with papaya and carrot. I was feeling lighter today.
My Day Seven
Requirement as per GM Diet program
Today the food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables one care to consume.
How it works
The program has been finished and the system will be under control after getting flushed and cleaned.
What I have done
I prepared lemon rice today and consumed happily with baked green peas.
My day eight
I was really surprised to see that my weight is eight pounds less than what it was when I started this program!

Procedure for preparing GM Wonder Soup
The following soup is intended as a supplement to the diet during the program. It can be eaten any time of the day in virtually unlimited quantities. It is encouraged to consume large quantities of this soup.
2eight oz, Water, 6 Large Onions, 2 Green Peppers, Whole Tomatoes (fresh or canned), 1 Head Cabbage, 1 Bunch Celery, 4 Envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Herbs and Flavoring as desired. But it is not inflexible; one can choose the vegetables as per his or her choice.

The best way to lose weight is to do the p90x program. Follow it to a T and you will be fit as ever and lose a lot of weight. The GM Diet does look like it would work well though.
